Reason for acquisition
The enormous M&A dynamics in the Hosting sector, in combination with the increasing demand for the scale of infrastructures and stricter security requirements, has made Webscale decide to join a large strategic party.
Combell has focused on growth through a buy-and-build strategy with the acquisition of Webscale. In addition, Combell has considerably strengthened its market position in the SME sector in the Netherlands through the acquisition of Webscale.
