We were able to assist Strikolith during the sale of the company to Weber Beamix (part of the French listed Saint – Gobain). By joining forces, Weber Beamix strengthens its position in the Benelux market as a producer and supplier of building materials. The acquisition is perfectly in line with Saint-Gobain’s growth and added value development strategy.
