Match Plan assisted Jordens Holding B.V. in approaching various banks for the refinancing of its underlying operating companies belonging to the Jordens Groep.
Jordens Holding B.V. (Jordens) is the holding company of the operating companies of Jordens. Since Jordens was founded in 1983, the company has grown into a leading supplier of high-quality plastic products for homes and commercial buildings. The company is located in Zwijndrecht, where it has a unique showroom of approximately 2,000 m2. The company’s aim is to deliver quality and security to its customers.

The financing requirement
Jordens’ financing requirement for the coming years consists of the refinancing of the existing credit facilities and the real estate. In view of the value of the property, we advised to use the shortest possible term to finance the property and to (largely) use the available cash flow to repay this loan.
