Match Plan has assisted the shareholders of Emdaplast B.V. successfully in the sale of their company to the strategic party Emdamed B.V. Match Plan has guided the sale of Emdaplast from start to finish. We have started with the indicative valuation of the Company in order to have an indicative picture of the market value prior to the sale process. Subsequently, potential buyers were identified, approached and introductory and in-depth discussions were held with various parties. In the final phase, Match Plan assisted the shareholders in the legal structuring of the transaction, contract negotiation and recording the agreements in various acquisition documents.
