Mr. Matthias Duijzer

Matthias Duijzer is an M&A lawyer at Match Plan. Together with Reg, he focuses on the legal aspects during acquisition processes. Matthias completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Private Law at Erasmus University. After working for some time as an academic lecturer in Law at the same university, he gained experience as a Legal Adviser at Ruitenburg Advisers & Accountants. Matthias appreciates the direct link between his work and the results achieved. Within Match Plan, he was involved in high-profile deals, including the management buyout Conbit/Mammoet and the acquisition of Piant by Ondernemend Kapitaal. Besides his legal skills, Matthias is a passionate tennis and padel enthusiast. His ultimate dream is to attend the NBA Finals.
