Iris Roozenburg is a Senior Consultant at Match Plan. In July 2014, Iris got the opportunity to take over a bankrupt day-care centre. In three weeks, Bam! was created with eventually 4 locations in Delft with 40 employees. After 10 years, through Match Plan, she sold her day-care centre. Within Match Plan, she is involved in the childcare industry. What she enjoys most is working with entrepreneurs to help them take the next step within their career/dream. She likes to spend her free time with her family, family and friends. She also does a lot of sports, is a member of a musical society and her hobby is singing and going to the theatre. Furthermore, she likes having a challenging work environment and hopes to develop within Match Plan.
