Ondernemend Kapitaal is a pragmatic and entrepreneurial group of investors that invest in SMEs and family businesses. The group started in 2018 under the guidance of Match Plan and accountancy firm De Groof (currently Accon AVM). The mission is to allow successful entrepreneurs to jointly participate in existing organizations in order to take them to the next level. This takes place by stimulating, facilitating and financing growth, using relevant networks and contributing knowledge and entrepreneurship. Most investors are former clients of Match Plan who join this committed investment group after the sale of their company. Would you like to join as an investor? Ondernemend Kapitaal is a committed network of investors, which means that we work from a fixed group of participants. The introduction of new investors always takes place in consultation with the existing group.
Investors of Ondernemend Kapitaal will, in addition to investing capital, possibly also play an active role within the participation and contribute their network and knowledge.
The members spread their risk by making multiple and joint investments in SMEs.
Ondernemend Kapitaal investors are entrepreneurs who have an affinity with the family business and SMEs.
An investment in a new project is always voluntary and never obligatory for members.
