Drs. Erik Smidt RV

Erik Smidt is a Partner at Match Plan and has over 20 years of experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions. Before becoming a partner at Match Plan in 2011, he worked at Van Oers Corporate Finance and Deloitte Corporate Finance. Erik graduated in Business Economics from Tilburg University and Business Valuation from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. As a Registered Valuator, he specialises in complex valuation assignments and has extensive experience in advising (international) companies in sale and purchase transactions. In his spare time, Erik enjoys sports, including football, mountain biking and cycling.
