Lobeco

Lobeco is a technical wholesaler and supplies fire detectors, card readers, cameras and burglar-resistant materials to installers and IT professionals. Lobeco also provides training for its customers and the company has a 24-hour support department. The shares of the company are taken over by the current director, Martin Roos. Match Plan advised Martin Roos on the acquisition and organized the financing of the acquisition. Later Match Plan was also involved in the acquisition and financing of a Belgian company by Lobeco.
